What Are The Different Types of Anxiety Disorders?
Because we are looking for some anxiety disorders may have a plan to name but a few.
One that can be a bit confusing, agoraphobia. Originally this meant the fear of open spaces, but the meaning is, the fear and shame, panic or anxiety has been extended to fall in public places like shopping centers or supermarkets, where you will be turned off in less than a lot of people tend to are.
To the fear of public speaking is not connected. In fact, agoraphobia did not affect this type of person. It is only when they actually get up before an audience and a speech or a lecture, they are going to have to pieces.
The condition that a multitude of sins, GAD or generalized anxiety disorder covers. The word “generally” gives us a hint about what everything is. It includes both anxiety in the short and long term, real or imagined.
However, the highest form of fear of panic attacks. It’s a wonderful mechanism, also known as “fight or flight”, which is not so important, known these days, although there are still times when it may come in handy. In these days, certainly, the villain of the piece, which is behind the people panic attacks, stress. A classic example of how this can work is the following story shows.
This poor woman was a terrible time with them. She traveled to London, where her mother was seriously ill. This was in itself a major stress factor. But the fact that her dentist, of all things, a root canal visit. Now that alone would take me into a complete downward spiral! But on the way back to their train broke the subway, she wanted to stop her, it was down.
The car was about three-quarters full, and this was the last straw. With all their other worries than to plug in a closed room with loads of other people. Most fortunately, there were a few people in the car, what they went through, understood and could help her. So everything was fine. She held the door and made it home without further problems.
A few weeks later, they were friends, some afternoon get-together invitation, and she found herself sitting on the bench next to another man and woman. The panic attack hit again. Now, why was that? Finally, there was nothing threatening about her. The point is that the unconscious is a quick learner. It reminds situations. The “saw” a situation very similar to the one she had seen in the subway car, and because the unconscious is always err on the safe side, put it another panic attack.
Without doubt the poor woman was still under stress because her mother would not have helped. One thing that needs to be clarified. This “memory” comes from the mind and connects directly to the way we think about the smell are linked by a lovely fragrance and if you price, how a particular piece of music is feeling happy won. It is not like remembering phone numbers or names of people.
