The average amount of sleep a person needs varies from person to person, but we all need about 7-9 hours per night. This is not to crawl into bed at 9 hours and 12 hours watching TV get up by 5 clock in the morning and say, “I have 8 hours of sleep last night, so why am I so tired,” Many of us enjoy watching TV or reading in bed, but the truth is, you should save your bed to sleep. If we are in bed, we focused on one thing, sleep!
Lack of sleep not only leaves you feeling sluggish and cranky, but can cause serious health problems. Without proper sleep causes stress on your body. Stress increases blood pressure and in turn, is bad for the heart. If your body is a difficult disease to fight tired. While we sleep, our bodies repair the damage that we wake us during the hours. Many people have trouble sleeping, because they do not have a sleep-wake patterns. You should always awake at the same time each day and sleep at the same time. Try not to use electronic devices such as television or a computer for an hour before bedtime. Take a warm bath, read, or try yoga or Tai Chi to relax. Your bedroom should be cool and free from noise and distraction.
